2016: Made 10 appearances in relief out of the bullpen for the Golden Bears … finished with a 2-1 record and one save with a 4.57 ERA in 21.2 innings pitched while striking out 30 batters … held right handed batters to a .269 batting average … struck out four batters in 1.2 innings of relief against Southwest Minnesota State on Mar. 5 … tallied a career-high five strikeouts in 2.2 innings pitched against University of Mary on Apr. 3 … had four consecutive games with three strikeouts in his final four appearances of the season … struck out three in 3.0 innings pitched earning his only save of the season against Bemidji State on Mar. 26 … picked off two batters which ranked second on the team.

Earned letters in baseball (3) and football (2) for the Magic ... a three-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection ... a senior captain, silver slugger and team MVP ... as a junior, hit .379/.449 with six doubles, a home run, 15 RBI and went 2-2 with a 3.32 ERA with 30 strikeouts in 25.1 innings ... as a senior, hit .471/.533/.627 with five doubles, three home runs, 16 RBI and went 5-0 with a 1.60 ERA with 45 strikeouts in 32 innings ... also led team in hitting and RBI as a sophomore ... won legion baseball state tournament as a junior and won legion conference championship as a senior.

Will major in journalism with a minor in English ... aspires to become a journalist and author ... his father was a pitcher for the University of Wisconsin-Stout baseball team (1987-90) ... his brother is a goalie for the Minnesota-Morris soccer team ... his great uncle ran track at Concordia-St. Paul.
