Concordia Career:
2018: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears … finished in 3
rd place out of 44 runners and posted an excellent time of 26:04.3 at the Bob Waxlax Invite (10/19) … finished with a personal best 8K score at the NSIC Championship (11/3) with a time of 25:21.3 and finishing in 25th place ... competed in the 10K with a time of 32:16.2 at the Central Cross Country Championships (11/17).
2017: First All-Central Region runner in program history with a time of 32.24.1, shattering CSP’s 10K record by 46.7 seconds and finishing 21
st at the 2017 NCAA Central Region Championships (11/4) … All-NSIC Second Team, finishing 19
th with a time of 25:30.8, also setting a career bet in the 8k distance at the NSIC Championship (10/21) … ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … finished in the top 10 in three of the six races on the season … finished fourth out of 91 runners in the Crown College Invite (9/1), completing the race with a time of 16:38 … posted a time of 25:57.5 at the Vic Godfrey Open (9/9), finishing 10
th out of 167 runners in an 8k race.
2016: Ran in all six races in his sophomore season for the Bears … finished in the top-5 at three 8k races this season … set a PR at the NSIC Championships finishing with a time of 25:58.7 which is the fourth fastest race in school history and the fastest time ever recorded by a Concordia sophomore.
2015: Ran in all six races as a freshman for the Golden Bears … recorded the best time by a CSP runner in all six races … finished 5th in his first collegiate race at the Crown College Invite with a time of 28:58.2 … improved upon that first race the following week at the Midwest Open finishing with a time of 27:30.7 and crossing the finish line 20th overall … ran a PR of 26:44.2 and finished 24th at the SCSU Bob Waxlax Invitational … finished 62nd overall with a time of 28:28.6 at the NSIC Championships … had five sub 30 minute finishes on the year.
Albert Lea High School:
Received 10 letters, four in track and field, three in cross country, two in choir and one in swimming for the Tigers ... was named All-Big 9 Conference in cross country in 2013 and track and field in 2015 ... was named team captain of both teams ... 2015 Team MVP for the track team ... helped lead the track and field team to true team state in his senior year with section championships in the 4x800m relay and 3200m events ... part of a 4x800m relay team that was ranked in the state ... the conference runner-up finisher in the 3200m.
