Track and Field:
2025: NSIC All-Academic Team ... competed in the 1500m, 5,000m, and 3,000m steeplechase for the Golden Bears ... placed 20th in the 3,000m steeplechase at the NSIC Outdoor Championships with a time of 12:35.52. 

2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 1000m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, 3000m steeplechase and the distance medley relay … placed sixth with a career-best 3000m time of 11:07.32 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … placed eighth with a personal best 3000m steeplechase time 11:55.36 at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1) … posted a career-best mile time of 5:34.64 at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … hit another PR in the 5000m with a time of 19:27.22 … recorded a career-best 1500m time of 5:10.88 and a career-best 1000m time of 3:26.16… part of the second-place distance medley relay squad at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … tallied eight top-10 finishes on the season.

2023: Competed in the 1000m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 3000m steeplechase, and 4x400 medley relay ... recorded six top 10 finishes, including a pair of top-three finishes ... set a personal best in the mile with a time of 6:09.30 at the Twin Ports Invite (01/21) ... added a PR in the 1000m with a time of 3:32.88 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (01/27-28) ... recorded a PR in the 3000m with a time of 12:13.98 at the UW River Falls Winter Classic (02/11) ... notched a personal best in the 3000m steeplechase with a time of 12:57.81 at the Holst Invitational (04/22) ... tallied her final PR of the season at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (05/03) in the 1500m with a time of 5:22.00. 

2022: Competed in the 1000m, 15000m, 5000m, and mile ... set a season high in the 1000m with a time of 3:37.93 and a fifth-place finish at the Gene Glader Classic ... set a season high in the 1500m with a time of 5:44.25 at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational. 

Cross Country:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … computed in all five races for the Golden Bears … ran a personal best 5K of 20:00.3 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … finished the year with a season-best 6K time of 24:51.5 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/9).

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all six races for the season … ran a season best 6K time of 24:35.4 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships placing 104th (10/21) … had the 12th biggest improvement of runners who ran in the 2022 and 2023 Central Region Championships with a time of 25:01.45 which was 1:02.4 better (11/4) … finished 42nd at the St. Olaf Invitational (9/16) … recorded a personal best 5K time of 21:11 at the Augie Twilight (9/1).

2022: Ran in five meets for the Golden Bears ... collected her best finish of the season (69th) with a personal best time of 25:56.2 at the Bob Waxlax Invitational (10/19).

2021: Ran in five events for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign ... set a season high in the 6k with a time of 26:32.6 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational ... finished with a season high 37th place at the Bob Waxlax Invitational.

West Bend East HS: Participated in varsity track and field and cross country for the Suns … was awarded the Marine Corps Athletic Awards ... set PRs of 2:30 in the 800m, 5:56 in the mile, and 21:45 in the 5k. 

Personal: Plans to major in exercise science at CSP with the goal of becoming a physical therapist … has two younger brothers.
