2025: Competed in the 100m hurdles and 4x400m relay for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 100m hurdles with a time of 17.74 seconds at the Hamline Invite (4/5). 

Central Connecticut State
2023-24: Participated in the 60m hurdles, 4x400m and long jump at the Wagner Invitational (1/5) … posted a PR of 11.06 seconds in the 60m hurdles … did not compete the rest of the season. 

2022-23: Competed in the 200m, 60m hurdles, 400m hurdles, 4x400m and long jump … ran a PR of 28.57 seconds in the 200m at the Flagship Indoor Invitational (1/15) … placed 23rd in the long jump at the NEC Indoor Championships (2/19-20) … posted PRs of 1:08.12 in the 400m hurdles and 16’ 3.25” in the long jump at the CCSU Home Meet (4/28). 

Berlin HS: All-State in Track & Field … four-time All-Conference in Track & Field … named team captain.

Personal: Majoring in coaching/sports psychology with a minor in sports management.
