2025: NSIC All-Academic Team ... competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... was a part of the sprint medley relay squad that broke the school record with a time of 4:08.57 at the Drake Relays (4/23) ... set a personal record in the 200m with a time fo 25.85 at the Maverick Open (5/2) ... set a personal record in the 60m with a time of 7.99 seconds at the Snowshoe Open (2/21). 

2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 400m, 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m and the distance medley relay … placed second with a career-best 100m time of 12.51 seconds at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … placed sixth with a personal best 200m time of 26.25 seconds at the Meet of the UnSaintly (5/3) … part of 4x100m squad that placed first with a time of 49.33 seconds at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … posted a PR in the 400m with a time of 1:06.52 at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … tallied 18 top-10 finishes on the season.

2023: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m and 4x100m … recorded personal best times at 8.32 in the 60m, 13.18 in the 100m and 27.73 in the 200m.

Osseo High School: Lettered in basketball and track and field for the Orioles ... was a Northwest Suburban Conference All-Conference Honorable Mention in track and field ... was a team captain in track and field.

Personal: Is planning to major in science and nursing at CSP ... wants to attend medical school upon graduation ... has two sisters and a brother
