Track and Field:
2024-25: NSIC All-Academic ... competed in the 1500m, 3k, 5k, 10k, and mile for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 10,000m with a time of 43:11.53 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... set a personal record in the mile at the Gopher Classic with a time of 5:42.65 (2/8). 

2023-24: Competed in the 600m, 1500m, mile, 3000m, 5000m, 10,000m and the distance medley relay … placed second in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:56.31 as a team at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … added personal best mile time of 5:44.44 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … had a career-best 3000m time of 11:28.18 at the Maverick Premier (2/9) … finished her season placing 16th at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships (5/9-11) in the 10,000m race with a time of 43:22.81.

Cross Country:
2024: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … ran a personal best 5K of 19:53.0 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) … led the Golden Bears at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 25:47.7 in the 6K race (10/12) … was the top finisher for CSP at the NSIC Championships running a personal best 6K of 24:23.1 (10/26).

2023: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears … ran a season-best 6K at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 24:05.7 (10/21) … led the team at conference placing 92nd with the seventh fastest race all-time by a CSP first-year runner … was the top Concordia runner at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships placing 162nd (11/4) … placed a team-best 38th at the St. Olaf Invitational (9/16) … finished with a 5K time of 21:15.0 at the Augustana Twilight (9/1).

Blaine High School: Earned 17 letters in basketball (four), softball (four), cross country (one), track and field (one), National Honors Society (three) and academics (four) … Academic All-State in both basketball and softball … earned All-Conference honors in softball … two-year team captain for softball … was a team captain for the basketball team and earned the team’s MVP award … had PRs of 21:30 in the 5k, 61 seconds in the 400m and 2:24 in the 800m.
