2025: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, and 5000m for the Golden Bears ... ran a season fast time in the 3000m at the the Mark Schuck Open with a 12:26.05 clocking (1/31) ... ran a season fast time in the 1500m with a 5:50.45 at the Rider/Bolstorff Invite (4/25).Â
2024: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m and 10,000m … set PRs in all four events … posted a career-best 10,000m time of 41:58.83 placing second at the Emporia State Relays (3/28) … added a personal best 3000m time of 11:10.23 at the Snowshoe Open (2/16) … recorded a PR in the 5000m of 19:30.35 and in the 1500m of 5:22.06 … tallied nine top-20 finishes during her various events on the season.
2023: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m runs for the Golden Bears ... collected three top 10 finishes, with her highest finish of the season (2nd) occurring at the UW River Falls Winter Classic (02/11) in the 3000m ... added a PR in the 3000m with a time of 11:54.83 at the Snowshoe Open (02/17) ... tallied a personal best in 1500m with a time of 5:32.72 at the Janis Rider / Doug Bolstorff Invitational (04/27-29) ... capped off the season with a PR in the 5000m with a time of 19:58.30 at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (05/03)
2022: Competed in the 1500m, 3000m, 5000m, mile, and 4x800 relay ... set a season high in the mile with a time of 6:26.33 at the SDSU D2 Open ... finished a season high fifth place in the 3000m at the Mark Schuck Open ... set a season best in the 3000m with a time of 12:37.67 at the Snowshoe Open ... set a season high in the 5000m with a time of 21:26.35 at the Minnesota State Open ... set a season high in the 1500m with a time of 5:51. 53 at the St. Thomas Tom Cat Invitational.Â
Cross Country:
2024: Ran in two races for CSP … tallied a personal best 5K time of 21:33.9 at the Augie Twilight (9/6).
2023: Competed in five races for CSP … ran a personal best 6K time at the NSIC Cross Country Championships with a time of 25:27.2 (10/21) … placed 184th at the Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/4) and was the 80th NSIC runner improving by 39 places from the NSIC Championships … finished 56th at the St. Olaf Invitational with a time of 26:36.4 (9/16)… ran a personal best 5K at the Augie Twilight with a time of 21:51.6 (9/1).
2022: Competed in all seven meets for the Golden Bears ... recorded her highest finish of the season (58th) in the 5k at the Iona Br. Paddy Doyle Meet of Champions (09/16) ... set a PR in the 5k at the Augustana Twilight Cross Country Meet (09/02) ... capped off the season with a PR in the 6k with a time of 25:38.7 at the NCAA Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships (11/19).
2021: Completed in six events for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign ... finished a season high 25th place in the 6k at the Bob Waxlax Invitational ... set a season best in the 6k with a time of 27:16.5 at the NCAA Division II Central Regional.
Mora High School: Earned a total of 19 letters across five activities for the Mustangs … named Academic All-State in track and field and honorable mention in cross country … earned Hardest Worker Award twice in both track and field and cross country … earned the Mustang Teammate Award … earned the Ms. Humble Award in basketball … set PRs of 20:53 in the 5k, 12:15 in the 3200m, 5:54 in the 1600m and 2:36 in the 800m.
Personal: Plans to major in nursing at CSP with the goal of becoming a nurse practitioner that specializes in women's health … her father played football at Bemidji State … has a younger brother and a younger sister.
What made you want to join the Golden Bears?
"I did a pole vaulting camp at CSP when I was younger and that’s how I found out about CSP. I then got recruited to run cross country and track, and then felt at home when I toured the campus. I also loved the team!!"
What makes the CSP community special to you?
"I love how close the community is, I also love the team atmosphere and how everyone shows up to practices to push each other."
