2025: Competed in the 60m, 100m, 200m, 300m, 400m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 400m at the Minnesota State Open with a time of 58.94 seconds (4/12) ... set personal records in both the 100m (12.93 seconds) and 200m (26.31 seconds) at the Hamline Invitational (4/5) ... recorded a personal best in the 60m at the Bearson/Gathje Classic with a time of 8.27 seconds (1/17). 

2024: All-NSIC in the 4x400m … competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 4x100m, 4x400m, 60m hurdles and high jump … part of a 4x400m squad that broke the school record with a time of 3:52.15 placing second at the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championship (5/9-11) … placed eighth with a career-best 300m time of 43.70 seconds at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (1/26-27) … added a personal best 400m time of 59.25 seconds at the Emporia State Relays (3/28) … also hit PRs in the 60m hurdles, 200m and in the high jump … placed first in the 4x400m at the Holst Invitational (4/20) and Gopher Classic (2/3) … took first place in both the 4x100m and in the 4x400m at the Hamline Invitational (4/6) … tallied 20 top-10 finishes on the season.

2023: Competed in the 200m, 300m, 400m, 600m, 4x400m, high jump and distance medley relay … recorded personal bests at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi with a time of 44.64 in the 300m and 1:51.14 in the 600m … collected personal bests at the Emporia State Relays with a time of 27.56 in the 200m and 1:01.70 in the 400m … recorded a personal best high jump of 1.45m (4’ 9”) … was a participant on the 4x400m team that placed first at the Holst Invitational and eighth at the NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.
