2025: CSC Academic All-District ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... set school records in the indoor 800m, outdoor 800m, and sprint medley relay ... competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, and various relays for the Golden Bears ... set a school record in the 800m with a time of 2:13.27 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9) ... set a school record in the indoor 800m with a time of 2:17.86 at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/28) ... anchored the sprint medley relay squad that broke the school record with a time of 4:08.57 at the Drake Relays (4/23) ... set a personal record in the outdoor 1500m with a time of 5:00.73 at the Minnesota State Opne (4/12) ... set a new personal best in the 1000m with a time of 3:02.96 at the Bearson/Gathje Classic (1/17).

2024: CSC Academic All-District … NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … All-NSIC in the 4x400m relay … competed in the 4x400m, 600m, 800m, 1000m, 1500m, distance medley relay and the sprint medley relay … part of a 4x400m team that placed second in the NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships with a school record time of 3:52.15 … finished sixth in 800m at the NSIC Indoor Championships (2/23-24) … was on the 4x400m relay team that ranked 14th in the region in the indoor race and ranked 15th in the region in the outdoor race … placed fourth with a career-best 600m time of 1:42.63 at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … added a personal best 800m time of 2:17.80 at the St.Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (5/1) … part of a first place 4x400m team at the Holst Invitational (4/20) and at the Gopher Classic (2/3) … hit a PR in the 1500m with a time of 5:01.87 … finished the season placing second in the 4x400m relay at the NSIC Outdoor Championships (5/9-11) … tallied 16 top-10 finishes during her various events on the season.

2023: Competed in the 400m, 600m, 800m and 4x400 medley relays for the Golden Bears ... collected 11 top 10 finishes, including a first-place finish in the 800m with a time of 2:33.74 at the Spartan Opener (04/02) ... recorded a season high in the 500m with a time of 1:23.82 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (01/27-28) ... added a season best in the 600m at the Snowshoe Open (02/17) with a time of 1:43.54 ... ran a season best 2:25.54 in the 800m at the St. Thomas Joe Sweeney Invitational (05/03) ... capped of the season with her final PR of the season with a time of 1:02.35 in the 400m at the Maverick Open #2 (05/06).

Cross Country:
2024: CSC Academic All-District ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … continuously improved throughout the season and competed in all five races … ran a personal best 5K at the Augie Twilight of 20:38.2 (9/6) … finished 49 at the Lewis Crossover with a time of 25:54.7 (10/12) …finished her season with a personal best 6K time of 23:36.3 at the NCAA Divison II Central Region Cross Country Championships and was CSP’s highest finisher in the race (11/9).

2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in all six races for CSP … finished with her season-best 6K at the NSIC Division II Central Region Cross Country Championships with a time of 26:05.1 (11/4) … she finished 3:58 faster from her first 6K race of the season to her last … finished as the 84th NSIC runner at the Central Regional which was an improvement of 53 places from the NSIC Championships (10/21) … had a career-best 5K at the Augustana Twilight with a time of 22:52.8 (9/1).

2022: Competed at three meets in her freshman campaign for the Golden Bears ... collected a season best finish at the Jim Drews/Tori Neubauer Invitational (10/15) in the 6k at 28:28.1.

Ames High: Was a recipient of the Regent's scholarship ... lettered a total of five times in cross country and track and field ... helped her team to a third-place finish in both track and field and cross country at the State Tournament, and a Conference Championship ... PR's include times of 27.5 in the 200 splits, 62.8 in the 400 splits, and 2:25 in the 800 splits. 

Personal: Plans to major in psychology with the plans of becoming a licensed therapist ... has a brother who ran track and field and cross country Southern Plains and Iowa Western ... has three brothers and three sisters.
