Concordia Career
2021: Competed in the 100m, 200m, 100m hurdles, 400m hurdles 4x400m relay, long jump, high jump, javelin throw, and heptathlon for the Bears ... earned All-NSIC honors in the heptathlon at the NSIC Championships (5/13-15) with 4291 points and a third place finish ... finished second and set a new personal record in the 400m hurdles at the Tommie Twilight with a time of 1:06.73 ... collected 15 top-ten finishes throughout the season. 

St. Olaf Soccer:
2019 Appeared in all 18 games while starting in 16 … Recorded one assist and was second on team in goals (4), shots (59) and shots on goal (37), and third in points with nine… The Ole’s won all four games she scored in, including a 3-0 win over Concordia-Moorhead (11/2) in the final game of her career.

2018 Was named to the All-MIAC team … MIAC Women's Soccer Athlete of the Week (Oct. 1)... Started all 18 games … Led team in goals (11), assists (6), points (28), shots (78), shots on goal (44) and game-winning goals (7)… Was second in MIAC in game-winning goals, shots and shots on goal, fifth in goals and points and tied for eighth in assists … Her seven game-winning goals were tied for 11th-most in Division III … She scored six times in a four-game stretch, including the game-winner in all four games, from Sept. 22 – Oct. 3 … Recorded four two-goal games, including two goals and one assist in 4-1 win over Saint Mary’s (9/15) and 3-0 victory against Hamline on (9/29) … She either scored or assisted on 17 of St. Olaf’s 25 goals.

2017 Was named Honorable Mention All-MIAC … Played in all 19 games, making 18 starts … Was second on team in goals (6), assists (2) and points (14) … Also was second on team in shots (54) and shots on goal (27) … Three of six goals were game winners … She recorded two goals and one assist in 3-1 win at Carroll in season opener (9/2) … Also scored twice in 3-2 defeat against Luther on (9/6) … Scored game-winning goals in wins over Macalester (10/7) and UW-River Falls (10/18).

2016 Played in 15 games, starting 14 in her freshman season ... Recorded six goals and two assists ... Placed 24 shots on goa l... Scored the game-winning goal in the 103rd minute of double overtime in 2-1 win over UW-Oshkosh (9/11) ... Had an assist on opening goal of 3-1 victory against Gustavus Adolphus (9/17) ... Scored in the 90th minute of 2-0 win at Hamline on (9/28) ... Scored the team's final goal of the season against Saint Benedict in a 1-0 win on (10/29).
 
St. Olaf Track & Field:
2019 Was named to the U.S. Track & Field and Cross-Country Coaches Association All-Central Region team in the pentathlon ... Was named two-time MIAC Women's Field Athlete of the Week (Jan. 29 - Indoor, Apr. 2 - Outdoor).

2018 Ran a season best of 9.41 in the 60m hurdles at the St. Olaf Quad to finish first… Ran a personal best of 1:06.81 in the 400m hurdles at the Phil Esten Challenge at UW-La Crosse… Placed third in both the pentathlon at the MIAC Indoor Championships and the heptathlon at the MIAC Outdoor Championships. St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performance in the pentathlon (7^th). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the javelin (7^th).

2017 St. Olaf All-time Top 10 Indoor Performances in the 55m hurdles (4^th), the 60m hurdles (4^th), long jump (5^th), the pentathlon (7^th), and the 4x200m (4^th). St. Olaf All-Time Top 10 Outdoor Performance in the 100m hurdles (6^th), long jump (9^th), heptathlon (5^th), and 4x100m relay (3^rd).
 
Burlingame High School: Was a letter winner in soccer, lacrosse and track and field for the Panthers ... Qualified for the California State Championship in the 300m hurdles as a junior... Qualified and placed 20th in 300m hurdles at CIF - California State Championship as a junior... Broke the school record in the 100m hurdles as a junior and senior... Was a San Mateo County Athlete of the Week for track as a senior ... Rotary Club Ernest Scheppler Athletic Award recipient as a senior.

Personal: Plans on getting her master’s degree in exercise science at CSP.
