Concordia Career:
2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team in the winter and spring ... competed in the triple jump, 4x400m relay, and pole vault for the Golden Bears ... finished second in the triple jump at the MSU Triangular with a distance of 10.48m ... collected three top-ten finishes on the season.
2020: Was named to the NSIC Spring All-Academic Team ... Did not compete this season.
2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competed in the pole vault, shot put, long and triple jump, javelin throw, and sprinting events for the Golden Bears in her sophomore season … compiled 14 top-ten finishes throughout the season … posted a personal best in the triple jump with a mark of 10.98m, and recorded a PR in the pole vault with a height of 10’2” at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship (Feb 22-23) … posted a personal best in the javelin throw with a mark of 17.47m, and recorded a personal best in the shot put with a throw of 7.10m at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6) … recorded two more PR’s at the Lady Bear Twilight (4/19) first in the high jump clearing a height of 4’5”, and in the long jump with a distance of 5.08m.
2018: Competed in the long jump and triple jump for the Bears in her freshman season … compiled 13 top-ten finishes throughout her rookie year … recorded a third place finish in the triple jump (10.38m) at the Minnesota State Invitational … finished with a pair of top-ten finishes at the Stout Open, taking fifth in the triple jump (10.00m) and seventh in the long jump (4.71m) … set a PR in the long jump (4.89m) at the Parent’s Day Invitational on February 17
th … had a strong showing at the Central College Dutch Invitational, taking second in the triple jump (10.30m) and third in the long jump (5.00m) … added another PR in the triple jump (10.69m) at the University of Dubuque Invitational, which was good for a sixth place finish … took third in the triple jump at the Tommie Twilight with a score of 10.51m.
Southwest High School: Lettered three times in track and field for the Trojans … reached the sectionals in both her sophomore and junior years in the triple jump … won the regional meet in the triple jump as a junior and senior … has PRs of 35’10.5” in the triple jump and 16’2” in the long jump … qualified for the national championships four years in a row in gymnastics, including being named vault national champion in 2014.
Personal: Plans to major in sports marketing and minor in business at Concordia and hopes to open her own private gymnastics center.
