2021: Was named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... earned CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team honors ... earned CoSIDA Academic All-District honors ... competed in the mile, 3000m, 5000m, and 3000m steeplechase for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in th mile at the Mel Tjeerdsma Classic (1/16) with a time of 5:21.13 ... set a new school record in the 5000m at the Washburn Open (1/29) with a time of 17:45.32 ...  set a new school record in the 3000m steeplechase at the Drake Relays (4/22-24) with a time of 11:10.63 ... finished seventh in the 3000m steeplechase at the NSIC Championships (5/13-15) ... collected six top-five finishes on the season.

2020: Was named to both the winter and spring NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... Participated in the mile, 3000, 5000 and the DMR for the Golden Bears in her junior season ... Finished in second place in the 3000 with a time of 12:53.14 at the Minnesota State Invitational (1/19) ... Posted a PR in the 5000 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/24) with a time of 18:13.92 ... Finished second in the distance medley relay with a time of 12:53.14 at the Mark Schuck Open (1/31-2/1) ... Posted a personal best in the 3000 with a sixth place finish and a time of 10:21.65 at the Ted Nelson Classic (2/8) ... Wont the 5000 with a time of 18:22 at the NSIC Indoor Challenge (2/15) ... Recorded a personal best with a time of 5:21.29 in the mile at the Minnesota Cold Classic (2/21). 

2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … Competed in a variety of distance events for the Golden Bears … earned nine top-ten finishes throughout the year … finished in first place in the 3000S with a time of 11:38.42 at the 2019 Emporia State Relays (3/30) … recorded a personal best in the 800 with a time of 2:34.60 at the Parent’s Day Open (2/16), set a PR in the 1500 with a time of 5:02.50 at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6), finished in first and set a personal best in the 3000S at the Lady Bear Twilight (4/19) with a time of 11:21.32, ran a personal best in the 5000 and finished in second with a time of 18:29.72 at the Gustavus Alternative (4/26) … ran the 5000 at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship (May 10-11) with a time of 19:01.21, finished in 12^th with a time of 11:33.61 in the 3000S at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship. 

2018: Competed in a variety of distance events for the Golden Bears during her freshman campaign … earned 14 top-ten finishes throughout the year … started the year with a pair of top-ten finishes at the Minnesota State Invitational, taking fifth in the mile (5:36.55) and taking ninth in the 3000m (11:13.96) … posted a PR of 5:29.61 in the mile at the MSU Open & Multi, while also teaming up with Lydia Carr, Teghan Norman, and Courtney Ramsay to win the Distance Medley Relay … added another PR in the 3000m (10:41.67) the following week at the Ted Nelson Classic, which was good for a seventh place finish … recorded a fifth place finish at the Parent’s Day Invitational in the 1000m (3:11.08) … took home two top-five finishes at the Central College Dutch Invitational, winning the 3000m race with a time of 10:53.94 and taking fifth in the 1500m race with a time of 5:05.48, which is her personal best … won the 5000m race at the University of Dubuque Invitational on April 21^st … added a PR in the 3000m Steeplechase (11:41.81) for a fifth place finish at the Tommie Twilight.

Cross Country
2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Selected to CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors ... selected to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 2nd fastest 5k in school history at the Augie Twilight (9/6) with a time of 18:47.2 ... finished 64th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) with a time of 24:11.2 ... finished 3rd with a 5k time of 18:54.3 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 27th at the NSIC Championships (10/26) with a 6k time of 23:29.93 ... ran the 6th fastest 6k in school history and set a new season best at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9) with a time of 23:03.4.

2018: Earned USTFFCCCA Individual Academic Honors … NSIC All-Academic … ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … posted a 6k PR time of 22:29.3 at the NSIC Championships (11/3), finishing in 27th out of 140 competitors …  finished with sub-23 minute time in every meet, including two sub-22 minute times in her last two meets of the season … ran a time of 19:29.3 for a PR in the 5k at Hays State Open (10/13), best on the team.

2017: Competed in all six meets in her freshman season for the Golden Bears … finished with the top time on the team in each of the six meets … her time of 22:58.0 in the NSIC Championship (10/21) was 0.3 seconds away from tying the school record and her 42^nd place finish in the meet was the highest for a CSP runner since 2008 … finished in the top ten in three of six races … finished with sub-25 minute times in every meet, including three sub-24 minute times in her last three meets of the season … placed sixth in the Crown College Invite 5k (9/1), posting a time of 20:25 … finished fifth at both the Ken Weidt Classic 6k (9/9) and the Waxlax Invite 6k (10/6), posting times of 24:05.0 and 23:23.7, respectively.

Rochester Jaguar Track Club: Lettered three times in cross country skiing, twice in track and field and twice in cross country … named team MVP two times for the cross country team … named team captain for both the cross country, track and field and cross country skiing teams … twice named All-State Academic … set PRs of 2:32 in the 800m, 5:42 in the 1600m, 12:22 in the 3200m and 19:05 in the 5k.
 
Personal: Plans to major in business management and minor in accounting and marketing at Concordia.
