2017: Competed in all six meets for the Golden Bears, including five 6k’s and one 5k … finished as one of the top three runners for the Golden Bears in all six meets … posted sub-27 minute times in all five 6k’s … posted three sub-25 minute 6k times in the last three meets of the season … completed the NSIC Championship 6k (10/21) in a season best 24:03.

Anoka Ramsey Community College: Earned a Nursing Assistant Certificate while attending the school.
 
Rogers High School: Lettered four times in cross country and four times in track and field for the Royals … three-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference honorable mention in cross country and once in track and field … set a PR and school record in the 4K with a time of 15:27 … set the school record with a time of 11:47 in the two mile, third-best in the conference … ran the Twin Cities Marathon in 3:30.47 and qualified for the Boston Marathon.
 
Personal: Majoring in Physical Therapy and minoring Exercise Science at Concordia.
