Concordia Career:
2019: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Honors ... competed in five races for the Golden Bears ... finished 286th with a 5k time of 24:51.31 at the Augie Twilight (9/6) ... finished 334th with a 6k time of 30:17.0 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new personal best 5k time of 23:36.7 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... set a new season best 6k time of 29:52.79 at the NSIC Championships (10/26).

2018:  Ran in four races for the Golden Bears … put up her best 5k time of the season at the Fort Hays Open with a time of 24:21.5, finishing in 102nd place …  improved her time in each of her last two meets, finishing with a 28:50.2 time at the Waxlax Invitational (10/19) for her best 6k of the season.

2017: Competed in five events for the Golden Bears, including one 5k and four 6k’s  … improved her time in each of her last two meets, finishing with a PR of 27:40.8 in the NSIC Championship 6k.

Concordia Academy: 
Lettered three times in track and field and twice in cross country for the Beacons … named All-Tri-Metro Conference twice in cross country and once in track and field … named Rookie of the Year in cross country … earned Academic All-State honors … helped the team to a 2016 section title and a 2015 section runner-up finish … collected PRs of 1:066.55 in the 400m, 2:31.55 in the 800m, 5:47.48 in the 1600m, 13:19.96 in the 3200m, and 20:57.97 in the 5k ... also active in many theater productions in high school.
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in graphic design ... has a younger brother and a younger sister ... is a Dean's List student.
