Concordia Career:
2019: Competed in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 10th fastest 10k in school history at the Augie Twilight (9/6) with a 5k time of 19:20.08 ... finished 74th with a 6k time of 24:18.6 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... finished 8th with a 5k time of 19:57.7 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 47th with a 6k time of 24:12.6 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... ran the 5th fastes 6k in school history and set a new personal best with a time of 22:59.1 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9). 

2018: Ran in five races for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign … held her best 6k time of 24:31.7 at the Central Region Championships (11/17), finishing in 138th place … improved her time in all four 6k races this past season.

2017: Did not compete.

Irondale High School: Lettered in track and field and cross country for the Knights … earned All-Northwest Suburban Conference honors … named Most Improved and Rookie of the Year … collected PRs of 5:47 in the mile, 16:43 in the 4k, 20:40 in the 5k, 2:45 in the 800m, and 13:00 in the 3200m.
 
Personal: Plans to major in physical therapy and minor in nursing at Concordia.
