Concordia Career:
2017: Ran in all six meets for the Golden Bears in her freshman season … ran a sub-26 minute time in four of the five 6k’s … posted her best time of the season at the NSIC Championship (10/21), running the six kilometer race in 24:39.7, the third fastest on the team… also finished with the third best time on the team in the NCAA Central Regional, running a 24:44.4 in the 6k race.

Robbinsdale Armstrong High High School: Lettered 13 times, five in track and field, four in cross country and four in Nordic skiing for the Falcons … three-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference in cross country while being named All-Conference honorable mention in track and field … also named All-Conference twice as well as twice being named honorable mention in Nordic skiing … named captain of all three teams, including two years for the Nordic ski team … earned team MVP honors in cross country … collected PRs of 19:51 in the 5k, 5:29 in the 1600m, 2:24 in the 800m, 1:01.79 in the 400m, and 49.82 in the 300m hurdles … helped the track team to a conference title and the cross country team to a runner-up finish … won four straight conference championships in Nordic skiing and a state championship in 2016 … Athena Award winner.
 
Personal: Plans to major in exercise science and minor in Spanish at Concordia.
