2020:
Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Selected to CoSIDA Academic All-America Third Team ... earned USTFCCCA All-Academic Honors ... selected to NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... competed in all six races for the Golden Bears ... ran the 2nd fastest 5k in school history at the Augie Twilight (9/6) with a time of 18:47.2 ... finished 64th at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) with a time of 24:11.2 ... finished 3rd with a 5k time of 18:54.3 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 27th at the NSIC Championships (10/26) with a 6k time of 23:29.93 ... ran the 6th fastest 6k in school history and set a new season best at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9) with a time of 23:03.4.

2018: Earned USTFFCCCA Individual Academic Honors … NSIC All-Academic … ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … posted a 6k PR time of 22:29.3 at the NSIC Championships (11/3), finishing in 27th out of 140 competitors …  finished with sub-23 minute time in every meet, including two sub-22 minute times in her last two meets of the season … ran a time of 19:29.3 for a PR in the 5k at Hays State Open (10/13), best on the team.

2017: Competed in all six meets in her freshman season for the Golden Bears … finished with the top time on the team in each of the six meets … her time of 22:58.0 in the NSIC Championship (10/21) was 0.3 seconds away from tying the school record and her 42nd place finish in the meet was the highest for a CSP runner since 2008 … finished in the top ten in three of six races … finished with sub-25 minute times in every meet, including three sub-24 minute times in her last three meets of the season … placed sixth in the Crown College Invite 5k (9/1), posting a time of 20:25 … finished fifth at both the Ken Weidt Classic 6k (9/9) and the Waxlax Invite 6k (10/6), posting times of 24:05.0 and 23:23.7, respectively.

Rochester Jaguar Track Club: 
Lettered three times in cross country skiing, twice in track and field and twice in cross country … named team MVP two times for the cross country team … named team captain for both the cross country, track and field and cross country skiing teams … twice named All-State Academic … set PRs of 2:32 in the 800m, 5:42 in the 1600m, 12:22 in the 3200m and 19:05 in the 5k.
 
Personal: 
Plans to major in accounting at Concordia ... runs on the CSP cross country and track & field teams with her older sister, Ruth.
