2019: Earned NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence Honors ... competed in three races for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal best 5k time of 21:10.0 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... finished 108th with a 6k time of 26:19.88 at the NSIC Championships (10/26) ... established a new personal best 6k time of 25:02.4 at the NCAA Central Region Championships (11/9).
2018: NSIC All-Academic … competed in three races for the Golden Bears … had her best 6k time of the season at the Graik Invitational posting a time of 25:30.7, placing in 102nd out of 151 competitors.
2017: Competed in two meets for the Golden Bears in her freshman season … finished 38
th out of 110 competitors at the Crown College Invite 5k, posting a time of 21:44, fourth best on the team … placed 19
th out of 140 runners at the Ken Weidt Classic, running the 6k race in 25:31.8, also fourth best on the team.
Elk River High School:
Lettered 13 times, six in cross country, six in track and field, and one in hockey for the Elks … earned All-Northwest Suburban honorable mention five times and twice participated in the state meet … earned numerous team awards, including Rookie of the Year and Most Valuable Athlete in addition to being named team captain … also earned All-Northwest Suburban honors in track and field while also being named Academic All-State and team captain … named Distance & Relay Runner of the Year … participated in the MSHSL Class AA State Track and Field meet in the 4x800m relay ... ranks in the top 10 in school history with a time of 2:23 in the 800m as well as top-5 in the 4x800m … also has PRs of 1:03 in the 400m, 5:23 in the 1600m and 20.34 in the 5k.
