CAREER STATS

Concordia Career:
2018: NSIC All-Academic … ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … posted a 6k PR time of 24:42.5 at the NSIC Championships (11/3), finishing 92nd out of 140 competitors … improved her time by four minutes from the beginning of the season ...  finished with her second-best time of the season at the Regional Championship meet (11/17), posting a mark of 24:42.5, earning 170th place. 


2017: NSIC All-Academic … competed in all six meets in her junior season for the Golden Bears … finished the season with three straight sub-26 minute 6k times, improving her time in each race … cut nearly 2 minutes off of her time from the Roy Griak Invite (9/23) to the Waxlax Invite (10/6), finishing with a mark of 25:27.9 in the latter … posted her best 6k time of the year and career in the last race of the season, finishing the NCAA Central Region Championship in 25:11.1.

2016: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in five races in her sophomore season recording a PR in the NSIC Championships with a time of 26:08.3 … finished 60th in the Ken Weidt Classic with her third best time of the year (27:36.6).

2015: Ran in five races for the Golden Bears in her freshman season … posted a PR of 27:19.7 at the SCSU Bob Waxlax Invitational and finished 71st overall … ran a 30:29.8 and finished 32nd in her first collegiate race at the Crown College Invite … concluded her freshman campaign at the NSIC Championships finishing 117th overall and posting a time of 29:39.2.

Centennial High School:
Earned six letters, three in track and field and three in cross country for the Cougars ... captained the cross country team to the state tournament in 2014 ... was a peer leader and mentor ... also played soccer as a freshman.

Personal:
Plans to major in Physical Science and Psychology at Concordia.
