2018: NSIC All-Academic … ran in all six races for the Golden Bears … posted a 6k PR time of 24:00.8 at the NSIC Championships (11/3), finishing 65th out of 140 competitors … finished with sub-25 minute times in every meet, including three sub-24 minute times in her last three meets of the season.
2017: NSIC All-Academic … competed in all six meets … was one of the top three finishers on the team in four of the six meets … finished 12th in the Ken Weidt Classic (9/9) out of 140 competitors, posting an 8k time of 25:02.4 … finished with a season-best 8k time of 24:40.8 at the NSIC Championship (10/21).
2016: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in all six races for the Bears setting a PR in the Regional Championships (24:33.2) … she finished four of her races with sub 26 minute times … placed 11th and 13th at the Ken Weidt Classic (25:02.7) and Crown College Invite (26:34.0), respectively.
2015: Ran in all six races as a freshman for the Golden Bears … had a 6k PR time of 25:06.5 at the NCAA Central Region Championships while finishing 160th … ran her second best 6k of the season at the SCSU Bob Waxlax Invitational posting a time of 25:07.1 … finished 13th of 44 runners in her first collegiate race at the Crown College Invite with a time of 27:42.0 … posted a time of 26:46.8 and finishing 88th at the NSIC Championships … She is the 8th fastest Concordia First year cross country runner at the 5K distance in school history with a time of 20:31.6.
Rochester Jaguar Track Club:
Lettered in cross country, track and field and Nordic skiing for the Jaguars ... cross country team captain and MVP ... track and field team captain and MVP ... also participated in RAACHE Choirs and took piano lessons.
Personal:
Plans to major in Elementary Education and earn a Lutheran Classroom Certification at Concordia ... two aunts and two uncles ran cross country or track and field at Luther College and her brother is a Nordic skier at UW-Green Bay.
