th out of 60 competitors.
2016: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team … competed in three races for the Golden Bears with her best time coming from the NSIC Championships (23:54.7) which was good for 81
st place and the top finish for Concordia at this meet.
2015: NSIC All-Academic ... Ran in two races for the Golden Bears on the season … had a season best time of 25:15.9 at the NCAA Central Region Championships while finishing 166th … finished with a time of 26:23.9 at the SCSU Bob Waxlax Invitational.
2014: Ran in seven events for the Golden Bears as a freshman … set a PR in the 5K in her collegiate debut with a time of 21:05.3 to earn a 52
nd place finish in the Luther All-American Invitational … finished with a PR in the 6K in the St. Bonifacius Invite with a time of 25:06.0 … finished 84
th in the NSIC Championships with a time of 25:25.2 … won the UW Parkside Lucian Rosa Invitational 5K with a time of 21:16.3.
Robbinsdale Armstrong High School: Received seven total letters with three in cross-country, two in track and field and two in nordic … captained both the nordic and track teams … finished 11th in the 800m in the Northwest Suburban Conference Meet … helped guide the Nordic team to two consecutive conference championships and a second place finish in state in 2014 … was involved in FCA, Link Crew, Spanish Honor Society and worked as the boy's hockey manager.
Personal: Plans to major in Exercise Science at Concordia and hopes to attend grad school to obtain a degree in Physical Therapy.
