EDMOND, Okla. — The Concordia-St. Paul women's golf team wrapped up the second round of play at the Grace Shin Invitational. The Golden Bears shot a collective 302 (+18), to card a 609 (+41) and finish in 10th in a field of 21 teams at the Golf Club of Edmond.
The two round score is the fourth lowest team score in program history, finishing one stroke behind the teams 616 (+40) at last season's SMSU Spring Invite.
Addi Wood led the CSP performance, shooting a 72 (+1) in the final round of play to card a 140 (-2) and finish in second place. Wood's 140 is a new program record 36 hole score, breaking her previous mark of 142 (E) at the 2025 Jewel Invitational. The sophomore owns program records for single round, two round and three round scores.
Wood birdied three times in the final round of play, giving her a total of eight across both rounds, while recording par on 22 holes. Additionally she also recorded the 11th top five finish of her career.
Mila Jenniges shot a 74 (+3) in the second round to card a 155 (+13) across 36 holes, finishing in 52nd place. The 155 matches a career best for the junior, while her second round score of 74 is a new season low. Jenniges managed one birdie and an eagle on the par five, sixth hole in the second round of play.
Ella Matzke finished in 56th place after shooting a 79 (+8) in round two, carding a 156 (+14) for the tournament. Matzke birdied once across all 36 holes, while making par on 23 holes.
Lexi O'Donnell shot a 77 (+6) in the second round to card a 165 (+23), finishing in 87th place. O'Donnell birdied once in the final round to give her a total of four for the tournament. Hattie Hemthong rounded out the CSP five, shooting a 79 (+8) in round two to card a 160 (+18) for the tournament, finishing in 72nd place. Hemthong birdied five times across both rounds in her collegiate debut.
Addy Timm competed independently and shot a 83 (+12) in round two to card a 174 (+32) for the tournament.
Henderson State and Southeast Oklahoma finished in a tie for first place in the team competition with two round scores of 582 (+14). Emma Thompson of Southeast Oklahoma moved up seven spots with a score of 67 (-4) in round two to card a 138 (-4) for the tournament.
The Golden Bears return to action on Sunday, October 11 for the 2026 Central Region Preview at the Meadowlark Hills Golf Course in Kearney, Nebraska.
