INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Concordia-St. Paul diver Caitlyn Greenwalt shined in the 2025 NCAA Division II Women's Diving Qualification meet Tuesday afternoon at the IU Natatorium on the campus of IUPUI. Greenwalt earned the first automatic bid for a CSP diver in school history while finishing in eighth place in the 3-meter dive.
In the opening session of the qualifier, Greenwalt finished 24th in the 1-meter dive after scoring a 204.6 (34.10 AVG/RD). Alexa Gonczi of Clarion University of Pennsylvania finished first place in the event with a score of 265.75 (44.29 AVG/RD).
In the final session on Tuesday, Greenwalt made history and became the first diver from CSP to hit the automatic qualification requirements to punch herself a ticket to the 2025 Division II Women's Diving National Championships.
The junior scored a 235.95 (39.33 AVG/RD) in the 3-meter dive to finish the qualification round in an astonishing eighth place and continue her shining meet in Indianapolis. Colleen Hudson also of Clarion University of Pennsylvania claimed first place in the event with a score of 268.70 (44.78 AVG/RD)
