Lettered twice in track and field and football … earned second team All-Mid Illini Conference in track and field and first team … holds career-best throws of 48 feet in the shotput and 142 feet in the discus in high school … helped lead track and field team to a conference championship as a senior … helped lead football team to a conference championship also as a senior.
