Concordia Career:
2020: Ran in the DMR, long and mid distance for CSP. . . competed in 12 races during the indoor season and compiled 11 top-ten finishes. . . was apart of the DMR team that took first-place at the NSIC Indoor Challenge with a time of 10:18.07 (Feb 15). . . set a new career best in the 600m with a time of 1:23.56 and took fifth place at the SDSU DII Invitational (Jan 24). . . recorded a season best time in the 800m at the NSICÂ Track and Field Indoor Championships (Feb 28-29) with a time of 1:58.77 and finished in seventh.
2019: Competed in the DMR, long and mid distance for the Golden Bears … part of the indoor distance medley relay team that broke the school record, finishing with a time of 10:17.48 at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championships (Feb 22-23) … compiled 20 top-ten finishes … also finished first in the 1500 with a time of 4:13.52 at the 2019 Emporia State Relays (3/30) … set a personal best in the 600 with a time of 1:25.54 and took fifth, also recorded a personal best in the 500 with a time of 1:11.58 and finished in third at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (Jan 25-26), posted a personal best in the 400 with a time of 51.65 while finishing in eight place at the Central College Dutch Invitational (April 5-6), ran a personal best 800 with a time of 1:54.44 and finished in eight place at the 2019 NSIC Outdoor track & Field Championship (May 10-11).Â
2018: Part of the indoor distance medley relay team that broke the school record, finishing with a time of 10:19.18 at the 2018 Stinger Open (2/16-17) … also part of the outdoor distance medley relay team the broke the school record, running the event in 10:03.36 at the Drake Relays and finishing fifth (4/25-28) … compiled 20 top-10 finishes, competing in a variety of different events including mid-distance, long distance, and relays … also finished first in the distance medley relay at the MSU Open and Multi as well as second in the 1000m and second in the 4x400m relay … had his best 800m time at the NSIC Conference Championship (5/11-12), finishing 10
th with a time of 1:56.50.
2017: Competed as a mid-distance runner for the Bears … Ran a personal best in the 1000m with a time of 2:38.75 at the Minnesota State – Multi & Open … ran a personal best with a time of 4:35.36 in the mile at the Ted Nelson Classic … ran another personal best in the 800m with a time of 2:00.46 at the Showcase … finished off the year by joining up with a team of Bears in the Distance Medley Relay to break the school record and take third at the NSIC Indoor Championships with a time of 10:28.67 ... ran a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:08.94 at the 2017 MIAA vs NSIC Showdown … joined up with a team of Bears at the 2017 Drake Relays to break the school record in the 4x1600m with a time of 17:44.01 … finished off the year with a personal best time in the 800m with a time of 1:58.14 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
Elk River High School:
Involved in cross country, track & field and nordic skiing for the Elks ... eanred Rookie of the Year honors and was a team captain in cross country as well as the track & field teams ... an All-State competitor in track & field and member of the two-time 4x800m section championship and state qualifying relay team ... a two-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference performer in cross country, nordic skiing and track & field, also earning honorable mention honors in track & field ... helped the Elks to a pair of section titles and MSHSL appearances along with a Northwest Suburban Conference title ... set a 17:00 PR in the 5k; 4:29 mile and 1:58 in the 800m.
