2020: Competed in the 1000 and the one mile during his freshman year on the indoor track ... set a personal record in the one mile at the SDSU DII Invitational (Jan 24) with a time of 5:09.32 ... ran the 1000 at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31-Feb 1) and finished in 18th with a time of 2:56.10.

Grundy Center High School: 
Earned six letters for the Spartans, including three in track and field, two in cross country, and one in basketball … two-time All-District First Team selection in both cross country and track … a state participant in cross country in 2018 and a state participant in track and field in 2017 and 2018 … posted PR’s of 2:05 in the 800m, 4:44 in the 1600m, 10:18 in the 3200m, and 16:47 in the 5k.
