Concordia Career:
2020: Ran in 17 races for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 400 with a time of 55.96 at the SDSU DII Invitational (Jan 24) ... broke his personal record in the 600 at the Mark Schuck Open (Jan 31 - Feb 1) with a time of 1:29.76 and took 14th ... set another PR at the Ted Nelson Classic (Feb 8) in the 3000 with a time of 9:25.78 ... At the NSIC Indoor Challenge, broke his PR in the one mile with a time of 4:39.58 ... was a part of the DMR team at the NSIC Indoor Championships to take fourth place with a time of 10:17.84. 

2017: Did not compete.

2016: Competed as a mid-distance runner as a freshman for the Golden Bears … NSIC All-Conference after placing second in the 800 meter run with a time of 1:57.07 to secure eight points for the team at the NSIC Outdoor Championships … recorded best Mile time of 4:45.17 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 6 … had career-best 5000M dash time of 15:57.83 at the NSIC Indoor Conference Championships on Feb. 26 – Feb. 27 … finished fifth of 13 runners in the 400M dash with a time of 50.39 and finished sixth in the 3000M dash with a time of 9:11.91 at the Warrior Challenge on May 7 … ran best 1500M dash time of 4:11.10 at the Macalester Bolstorff Twilight Meet on Apr. 28.

Desert Pines High School:
Earned a total of 6 letters with 4 in track and 2 in cross country … was a 4-time state champion in Nevada placing first in the 800 meter run, 1600 meter run, 3200 meter run, and 4x4 relay … voted twice as the Team MVP for cross country and twice as the MVP for his track team … also served as a captain for both the cross country and track teams ... has personal records of 1:55 in the 800 meter run, 9:53 in the 3200 meter run, and 16:01 in the 5k.
