2020:
CSP's NSIC Honor Student-Athlete of the Year ... named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... competed in one race for the Golden Bears during the indoor season, taking 11th in the 3000 with a time of 9:12.35 at the Minnesota Open (Jan 11) before dealing with an injury.

2019: Was named to the NSIC All-Academic spring team … competing in long and mid distance races for the Golden Bears ... ran in seven races for the Bears in the indoor season … posted two top-ten finishes, finished in seventh place in the 3000 with a time of 9:10.49 at the Mark Shuck Open and Multi (Jan: 25-26) … finished in 11th place in the 3000 with a time of 8:53.54 at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship (Feb: 22-23), also finished in 11th in the 3000 with a time of 8:53.54 at the 2019 NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship.

2018: Two-time NSIC All-Academic award winner ... finished first at his first meet of the season at the MSU Open& Multi (1/26-27), completing the 3000m in 9:02.78 … set personal records in the NSIC Track and Field Indoor Championship (2/11-24) in the 3000m (8:48.83) and 5000m (15:18.73) … set a PR in the mile at the Snowshoe Open (2/16), running the mile in 4:29.17 … had a career best time in the Augustana Meet of Champions & Women’s Invitational (4/21-22) in the 10,000m (32:07.45).
 
2017: Competed as a distance runner for the Bears … ran three races for the Bears … finished the season off with a school record in the 3000m with a time of 8:51.40 at the NSIC Indoor Championships ... ran four races for the Bears in the outdoor season … had a season best time in the 5000m with a time of 15:35.96 at the Hamline Invitational.

Mora High School:
Earned five letters in cross country (3) and track & field (2) ... also earned a pair of letters in academics and was a member of National Honor Society ... an All-State cross country runner as a senior and MSHSL Class A State Champion in the 3200 meter run ... two-time All-Granite Ridge Conference cross country runner ... earned All-Granite Ridge Conference honors and honorable mention honors in track & field ... named Most Valuable track Athlete and hardest worker award as a senior ... earned the Mustang Leadership and student-athlete award for cross country as a senior and was senior athletic award recipient for his class ... set a 5k PR of 16:28 and holds school records in the two mile run (9:37) and 4x800 relay team ... helped the cross country team win a pair of MSHSL team championships as a junior and senior and DII high school runner-up at the national championships as a senior ... member of 4x800 relay team that was MSHSL runner-up as a senior ... a three-time MSHSL participant for cross country, two-time MSHSL participant in the 3200 meter run and the 4x800 for track & field.

Personal:
Will major in history with a minor in political science and will work towards a coaching certificate ... career goal is to become a high school history teacher and aspires to be a high school cross country and track & field coach ... his brother played college baseball for the University of Minnesota and was drafted by the Kansas City Royals ... his others brothers played baseball at Mesabi Range Community & Technical College.
