2018: Appeared in 15 meets for the Golden Bears … took home a top-10 finish 23 times on the season, including 15 finishes inside the top-5 … set a pair of PRs at the Emporia State Spring Invite on Mar. 16 with a time of 22.50 in the 200m and time of 51.05 in the 400m … put up three top-5 efforts in the MSU Open & Multi on Jan. 26-27, finishing first in the DMR with a time of 10:20.35, second in the 4x400m relay with a time of 3:26.83, and fourth in the 200m with a time of 22.52 … helped the 4x100m relay to a win with a time of 43.70 and took fourth in the 200m with a time of 23.01 at the MSU Spring Winter Invitational on Apr. 11 … set a PR in the 60m with a time of 7.29 at the Ted Nelson Classic on Feb. 3 … grabbed three top-10 finishes in the NSIC Indoor Championships, taking fourth in the DMR, sixth in the 4x400m relay, and 10
th in the 200m.
2017: Competed as a sprinter for the Bears … ran a personal best time of 7.39 in the 60 at the Chuck Peterson meet to start the year … ran a personal best time in the 200m with a time of 23.35 at the Ted Nelson Classic … also ran a seasonal best time of 54.46 in the 400 at the Snowshoe Open ... ran a personal best time in the 100m with a time of 11.53 at the Hamline Invitational … ran a personal best in the 400 at the 2017 MIAA vs NSIC Showdown with a time of 52.65 … his season was highlighted with a personal best time of 22.43 in the 200 at the NSIC Outdoor Championships.
Chaska High School:
Earned four varsity letters in track and field and in soccer … named All-West Metro Conference in track and field for three years … 4x400 relay team won section championship in 2014 … 4x200 relay team won conference title in 2015 and 2016 and a made an appearance in the state meet … earned All-WMC honorable mention in soccer, while also serving as team captain … led team in scoring … won the Hercules Award for the top male all-around student-athlete … 4x200 relay team holds school record in 100 and 200 splits with a time of 1:29.59 … soccer team placed third at state tournament in 2014 … helped lead soccer team to a West Metro Conference championship in 2015.
