Cross Country:
2021: NSIC Fall All-academic honors ... competed in all six events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 28:11.2 at the Lucian Rosa Invitational ... concluded his career by  setting a personal best in the 10k with a time of 34:47.3 at the NCAA Divison II Central Regional. 

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation. 

2019: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence this fall ... Competed in the 4M and the 8K for the Golden Bears ... Posted a personal best in the 4M at the Augustana Twilight XC (9/6) with a time of 22:25.1 ... Ran a personal best time in the 8K with a time of 29:55.6 a the the Trent Smith Invitational (10/12) ... Participated in the NSIC Conference Championship (10/26) running in the 8K finishing with a time of 30:00.4.

2018: Participated in two races for the Golden Bears in his freshman campaign … ran a season best 8k with a time of 30:25.6 at the Tiger Open (10/13). 

Track and Field:
2022: Competed in the 3000m, 5000m, 10000m, 15000m, and mile for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best in the 3000m with a time of 9:31.72 at the Minnesota Open ... set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 16:02.76 at the 2022 Bearcat Invite ... set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:38.51 at the NSIC & Friends Indoor Challenge ... set a personal best in the 10000m with a time of 35:30.58.

2021: Named to the NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence in the winter and the spring ... competed in the 1500m, 3000, 5000m and 10,000m for the Bears ... set a new personal record in the 3000m at the Chuck Peterson Dual (1/23) with a time of 9:34.38 ... set a new personal record in the 10,000m at the Holst Invitational (4/17) with a time of 35:38.45 ... set a new personal record in the 1500m at the River City Rumble (4/24) with a time of 4:26.01 ... set a new personal record in the 5000m at the NSIC Outdoor Challenge (5/1) with a time of 16:59.39 ... collected five top-ten finishes. 

2020: Named to the NSIC All-Academic winter team ... competed in long distance races for the Golden Bears ... recorded a time of 10:02.55 in the 3000 at the Minnesota State Invitational (Jan 19). 

2019: Competed in long and mid distance for the Golden Bears ... posted a personal best in the 5000 with a time of 17:56.20 at the SDSU DII Invitational (1/18), set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:53.95 at the Mark Schuck Open and Multi (Jan 25-26), recorded a personal best 3000 at the St. Thomas Showcase (2/08) with a time of 9:56.80 and finished in 12^th, ran a personal best in the 1500 with a time of 4:34.38 at the Meet of The UnSaintly (May 3-4). 

West Lutheran High School:
A team captain and All-Minnesota Christian Athletic Association Honorable Mention athlete for both track & field and cross country teams ... also earned letters in baseball, choir, band and drama as a prep ... posted PRs of 18:22.10 in the 5k, 2:11 in the 800m and 56.42 in the 400m ... helped the Warriors to MCAA conference championships in 2017 cross country, earning section runner-up honors while qualifying for the Minnesota State meet as a team ... in track & field, helped the Warriors' 4x800m relay to a second place finish and honorable mention honors at the MCAA conference finals and a third place finish in the 4x400m relay.

Personal:
Has a sister and a brother ... will pursue a music major at Concordia ... President's Scholarship recipient ... will attend graduate school in his future.
