2021: Ran in six events for the Golden Bears ... set a personal best at the Augie Twilight 4m with a time of 21:39.8 ... set a personal best in the 8k with a time of 27:06.7at the Griak Invitational ... set a personal best in the 10k with a time 33:17.1 at the NCAA Divison II Central Regional. 

Track and Field:
2023: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence … competed in 600m, 800m, mile, 4x400m and distance medley relay … broke the school record in the 800m with a time of 1:52.18 at the Cyclone Open … broke the school record in the 600m with a time of 1:20.73 … part of the team that broke the distance medley relay school record with a time of 10:08.71 … ran a personal best mile time of 4:18.32 at the St. Thomas Indoor Invitational … tallied four first place finishes and eight top five finishes.

2022: Competed in the 600m, 800m, 5000m, mile, 4x400 relay, 4x800 relay, distance medley relay, and 1600 sprint medley relay ... set a personal best in the 5000m with a time of 16:00.21 at the Chuck Peterson Open ... set a personal best in the mile with a time of 4:26.32 at the Minnesota Open ... set a personal best in the 600m with a time of 1:21.56 at the NSIC Indoor Track & Field Championship ... set a personal best in the 1500m with a time of 4:04.82 and finished first at the WPU Statesmen Invite ... set a personal best in the 800m with a time of 1:53.79 at the 2022 NSIC Outdoor Track & Field Championship.

California Polytechnic State University: Competed in track and field for the Mustangs where he earned his bachelor's degree in Biological Sciences … set PRs of 1:53 in the 800m and 4:06 in the 1500m.

Edina HS: Participated in track and field and cross country for the Hornets … earned All-State honors … named captain of the track and field and cross country teams … set PRs of 1:54 in the 800m, 4:26 in the 1600m, 15:43 in the 3-mile, and 16:10 in the 5k.  

Personal: Plans to major in sports management at CSP with the career goal of working in coaching … has two sisters.
