Cross Country:
2022: Ran in the 8k at the Griak Invitational (09/23).

2021: Ran in four events ... set his personal best in the 4m with a time of 29:29.1 at the Augie Twilight Cross Country Meet ... set his personal best in the 8k at the Griak Invitational with a time of 29:30.7.  

Track and Field:
2022: Competed in the mile, 800m, 1000m, 3000m, 5000m, and distance medley relay ... finished first in the distance medley relay at the Chuck Peterson Open with a total time of 11:06.28 ... finished a season high sixth place in the 1000m with a time of 2:49.53 at the Gene Glader Classic ... was a top 10 finisher four times.

Concordia-Moorhead: Competed in both cross country and track and field for the Cobbers … set PRs of 2:11.33 in the 800m, 2:46.49 in the 1000m, 4:39.85 in the mile, 9:13.13 in the 3000m, and 16:46.88 in the 5000m.

Burnsville High School: Lettered three times in track and field, cross country, and nordic for the Blaze … named captain of the cross country team as a senior.

Personal: Plans to major in business management at CSP with the goal of owning his own business, with the aspirations to make an impact in peoples lives threw the word of God  … has one sister.
