Earned 11 combined letters as a three-sport athlete for the Bluejackets with four each in football and basketball and three more in track & field ... a two-time All-Mississippi 8 Conference selection, also earning All-Section honors as a senior captain ... also captain of basketball and track & field teams ... three-year starter in both basketball and football ... helped the Yellowjackets to a 6-3 junior season and 6-4 senior season ... earned All-Mississippi 8 Conference honorable mention in basketball as a junior ... also four year member of the concert choir (2011-14).

Born May 25, 1995 ... son of Russ and Amy Vavra ... has two brothers, Hayden and Conrad, and four sisters, Jordan, Deandra, Maria and Croix ... is undecided on a field of study ... his older brother, Hayden, was an All-NSIC tight end for the Golden Bears (2006-10) ... his older sister, Jordan, played basketball at Rochester CC and won a national championship in 2009, and his older sister, Deandra, played basketball at UW-Superior (2011-15).
