2025: Competed in the 60m, 100m, and 200m for the Golden Bears ... set a personal record in the 200m with a time of 24.97 seconds at the Mark Schuck Open (1/31) ... recorded a personal best in the 60m with a time of 7.05 seconds at the Gopher Classic (2/8) ... set a personal record in the 100m with a time of 10.99 seconds at the Gary Wilson Invitational (4/23). 

Fridley High School:
A three-sport athlete for the Tigers, earning letters in football, basketball, and track & field ... a two-time team captain of the football and track teams ... the seventh-ranked running back in the state (Prep RedZone) ... named the 2023 Tri-Metro Running Back of the Year ... a three-time All-Tri Metro football selection ... rushed for 2,494 yards at 8.1 yards per carry with 28 touchdowns ... helped the Tigers to a section and conference championship with an MSHSL state quarterfinalist finish as a sophomore ... section runner-up in 2022 as a junior ... senior season finished 6-4 and section semifinalists ... a three-time All-Area Academic Team student, graduating with High Honors and IB DP/AP graduate ... a three-time All-Tri Metro Conference track & field athlete and four-time state qualifier ... 2024 Class AA Track & Field State Champion.
