Born June 27, 1990 … son of Dan and Kay Halvorsen … has an older brother, Anders … earned degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Minnesota and is working towards his MBA at Concordia … his brother, Anders, was a power forward for the University of St. Thomas basketball team (2008-11) and won a Division III championship … his father, Dan, was a guard/forward for St. Olaf College basketball (1970-73).
