Concordia Career:
2024: All-NSIC First Team ... NSIC All-Academic Team ... three-time CSP Offensive Line Player of the Week ... named the week 11 Lifter of the Week ... nine-time team captain ... appeared in all 11 games for the Golden Bears ... did not allow a sack the entirety of the season ... held at least a 90 percent grade in 10 games ... produced three games with a 98 percent grade including against Winona State (9/14), Sioux Falls (10/12) and UMD (11/9) ... added a pair of back-to-back 96 percent grades against SMSU (9/21) and Minnesota State (9/28) ... a key contributor in an offensive line that allowed a league-best 3.91 tackles for loss per game, ranking ninth in NCAA DII ... part of an OL that ranked second in the NSIC and 25th in NCAA DII with 1.18 sacks per game. 

2023: Participated in all eleven games for the Golden Bears … was named CSP Offensive Line Player of the Week three times, Winona State (9/9), Augustana (9/16), and Minnesota Duluth (11/4) …  named game captain seven times … had a 98 percent grade against UMary (9/30) and Minnesota Duluth (11/4).

2022: Appeared in 10 games in the Navy and Gold on the offensive line, starting all 10 at left guard ... named week 4 game captain at Wayne State ... named CSP Offensive Lineman of the Week four times ... helped offensive line produce 30th ranking in DII in fewest TFLs (5.0) and 37th in fewest sacks allowed (1.45) per game.

2021: Appeared in five games for the Golden Bears, including a start at right guard in week seven at Minnesota Duluth (10/16) … season cut short due to injury.

2020: Did not compete due to season cancellation.

St. Cloud State:
2019: Redshirted in freshman year with the Huskies.
 
Burlington High School:
A two-time All-Southern Lakes Conference selection for the Demons … a team captain … earned eight total letters while competing in football, wrestling and track & field … helped the Demons to a 7-2 record.
 
Personal:
A sport management major at Concordia with a coaching minor … has a younger brother and a younger sister.
