2021: NSIC Fall All-Academic honors ... played in 20 games, started in 15, totaled 1,226 minutes ... earned career-high three assists ... career-high three shots against Missouri Western (9/3) and Minnesota Crookston (9/24).  

2020: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... appeared in a career high 13 games this season tallying up a career high 210 minutes this season ... recorded eight shots with six on net for a .750 shots on goal percentage ... played in a career high 47 minutes in the 2-0 victory over Minnesota Crookston (10/20). 

2018: Made three appearances in the midfield for the Golden Bears … tallied 33 total minutes played throughout her freshman campaign … made her collegiate debut against Viterbo (9/9) … recorded a season-high 16 minutes played in a 3-0 win over Southwest Minnesota State (10/7).

Robbinsdale Cooper High School: Lettered five times for the Hawks, four times in soccer and once in lacrosse … named a soccer team captain for her senior season … was the top goal scorer on her team for four straight years, scoring nine goals and adding eight assists in her final season ... helped her team to a 9-7-1 record during 2017 … honored with two Metro West All-Conference awards, an All-Conference Honorable Mention award, and the Coaches' Award during her high school career … participated in choir and National Honors Society … played for Maplebrook SC.
 
Personal: Majoring in biology and minor in Chemistry at Concordia ...  aspires to go to medical school to become an anesthesiologist … has three younger sisters.
