2023: Myles Brand All-Academic with Distinction Award ... appeared in 18 games with 10 starts for the Golden Bears ... tallied 749 minutes on the pitch ... had a season-high 67-minute outing at Sea Foam Stadium against Minnesota State ... recorded six points with a goal and four assists ... had a career day against Minnesota Crookston with a goal and a pair of assists ... fired off 22 shots with seven of them on goal. 

2022:  All-NSIC Second Team ... CSC Academic All-District® Team ... NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence ... appeared in 19 games with 18 starts ... tallied 1331 minutes on the pitch with one full game coming against Southwest Minnesota State ... finished tied for first in the NSIC with six assists, while adding a pair of goals to finish third on the team with 10 total points ... finished the season ranked 20th in the conference with 29 shots and tied for 11th with 18 shots on goal.

2021: NSIC Fall All-Academic honors ...  made the Dean's List for academics ... played in 19 of 20 games and started in 18 ... tallied 1235 minutes while scoring four goals and assisting six times to tie for first on her squad with 14 points ... had 35 shots and 22 shots on goal (63% average) ... seventh in the conference, 87th nationally in assists per game ... top ten in conference, 63rd in nation in assists ... had two goals and five points against Upper Iowa (10/10) which is tied for 10th in CSP history ... seven shots against Rockhurst (9/12). 

2020: NSIC All-Academic Team of Excellence.

2019: In her freshman campaign she appeared in 22 games playing in 382 minutes on the season ... recorded 15 shots on the season with four on goal for a .267 shots on goal percentage ... appeared in her first ever collegiate game in the 1-0 victory over Missouri St. Louis (09/05) ... recorded her first collegiate career goal in the 2-0 victory over Minnesota Crookston (10/20) ... played in a career high 37 minutes twice this season, first in the 3-0 victory over Parkside (09/13) and then again on (09/22) in the 4-2 victory over Winona State. 

Chanhassen High School: Earned 13 letters throughout her high school career, six in track and field, three in soccer, and four in hockey … named three-time All-State runner in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 … earned seven All-Metro West honors (five in track and two in soccer) … added four All-Conference Honorable Mention awards (three in track and one in hockey) … served as two-year captain of her hockey team and a track captain … graduated holding school records in the Sprint Medley, 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 … led her soccer team in points in both 2017 and 2018, scoring 20 goals and adding 18 assists throughout her career … helped her team to a conference championship in soccer in 2017 … helped her hockey team to three straight conference championships and her track team to four state appearances, including second and third place finishes.
 
Personal: Majoring in Secondary Education: Social Studies at Concordia with aspirations to be a teacher and coach … her father and two uncles all played soccer at St. Thomas … has both an older and a younger brother.
