Cross Country:
2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears in her freshman campaign ... set a new personal best 5k time of 21:40.5 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11) ... set a new personal best 6k time of 26:37.44 at the NSIC Championships (10/26).

Falls High School: 
Participated in volleyball, cross country, softball, cheerleading, and track and field for the Broncos … a two-time All-Iron Range selection in cross country and track and field … named Academic All-State twice in track and field … a three-time cross country captain and a track and field captain her senior year … posted a PR of 12:31 in the 3200m.
 
Personal: 
Plans on majoring in accounting at CSP … her cousin played volleyball at Minnesota State Moorhead.
