2019: Competed in four races for the Golden Bears ... set a new personal record in the 6k with a time of 27:18.1 at the Roy Griak Invitational (9/28) ... set a new personal record in the 5k with a time of 21:22.0 at the Trent Smith Invitational (10/11).

Winneconne High School: 
Lettered 10 times for the Wolves, including four times in cross country, four times in track, and two times in basketball … an Academic All-State selection in cross country and a three time all-conference pick … all-conference in 11 track and field events throughout her prep career … a state qualifier in the 4x400m relay and 4x800m relay … helped Winneconne to a conference championship in track and field in 2018.
 
Personal: 
Plans on majoring in biology and exercise science at Concordia with a minor in Spanish … has future aspirations of becoming a chiropractor.
