Bethel University:
2014: Named MIAC All-Academic Team for the Royals ... played in four games, making four tackles ... had two tackles at Carleton College (9/27) and two tackles against the University of Chicago (10/18).

Marshall High School:
Helped the Tigers to a combined 18-2 record during junior and senior seasons including a pair of Little Sioux Conference championships ... an Academic All-State selection ... a four year starter, earned four football letters in football and track & field and one in basketball.

Personal:
Oldest of 11 children in his family with five brothers and five sisters ... has three uncles who played college football: a tight end for the Bethel football team (1991-94), a defensive back at Bethel (1991) and defensive back at Bemidji State (1992) ... will pursue his masters degree at Concordia in exercise science and aspires to become a strength & conditioning coach.
