2019: Was named to the NSIC spring All-Academic team, was 10thin the NSIC with 186 putouts and led the team with 275, second in the NSIC with 19 fielding double plays while leading the team with 25 … played in 43 games and started in 41 of them, batted .267 with 35 hits (4th on the team) in 131 at-bats, slugged .321 with 12 RBIs, four doubles and was tied for third on the team with one home run, led the team with a .370 on-base percentage while compiling a team leading 21 walks and scored 16 runs, was second on the team with a .993 fielding percentage and led the team with 289 fielding chances … finished his career with a .263 batting average in 358 at-bats with 94 hits in 135 career games, collected four home runs, 14 doubles and 50 RBIs while slugging a career .335, posted a career .367 on-base percentage with 53 runs scored and 55 career walks, tallied a .978 fielding percentage with 638 putouts and 71 fielding assists … had 11 multi-hit games for the golden bears this season, hit .304 in his first 20 games of the season … went three of four with three RBIs, three runs scored and two walks vs Wayne State (3/05), had a season high 12 putouts vs Southwest Minnesota State (3/16), walked a season high two times four games, most recently in game two of a double header at Sioux falls (5/05).
2018: NSIC All-Academic … appeared in 34 games for the Golden Bears, starting 27 as a first baseman … slashed .213/.297/.348 … collected six doubles and two home runs … drove in 17 runs and scored 11 runs … hit .291 with runners on base (16-55) … finished the season with a .990 fielding percentage … collected hits in five of his last six games … went 3 for 4 against Augustana on Apr. 13, hitting a home run, a double, scoring two runs and driving in four … hit a home run in the NSIC Tournament against Augustana on May 12, driving in two runs.
2017: Appeared in 44 games for the Golden Bears, starting 41 (25 at third base, 16 at first base) … his .289 average and .412 on base percentage ranked third on the team …slugged .314 on the season with 38 total bases … drew a team leading 22 walks on the season … drove in 14 runs on the season and scored 22 … batted .400 (8-20) in the first seven games of the season, scoring six runs as well as drawing four walks … batted .387 Mar. 11 to Mar. 30 with five RBI … ranked fourth on the team with 12 multi-hit games … went 3-4 against Grand View, driving in two RBI and scoring two runs, as well as hitting a double and drawing a walk on Mar. 3 … went a perfect 2-2 against Bemidji State with two walks and two RBI on Mar. 30.
2016: Appeared in 14 games while making four starts as a freshman for the Golden Bears … hit .249 (5-17) with one double, seven RBI and one homerun, contributing to his .529 slugging percentage … he scored four runs and finished with a .368 on-base percentage … his first collegiate hit was a grand slam homerun at Minnesota Duluth on Apr. 17 … went 2-4 with a double, one RBI and three runs scored against Minnesota Duluth on May 14 in the NSIC Tournament.
Waconia High School: A three-sport athlete for the Wildcats, earning seven combined letters with three in baseball and two each in football and basketball ... an All-Wright County performer twice in baseball (honorable mention as a sophomore) and once in basketball (honorable mention as a senior) ... also earned seven varsity academic awards as a prep student-athlete ... as a junior in baseball in 2014, hit .377 with three home runs as the Wildcats went 16-4 with a Wright County Conference championship ... as a sophomore in 2013, hit .385 with two home runs as the Wildcats went 11-9 ... helped the Wildcats to the MSHSL State Tournament in basketball as a senior.
