2015: All-NSIC First Team … NCAA Central Region All-Tournament Team … started 33 of the team’s 34 matches on the season … tied for the team lead, ranking 13^th in the NSIC, with 3.17 kills per set (377 total kills) … ranked second on the team with 2.95 digs per set (351 total digs) … hit .249 on a team-high 993 attempts on the year … put up 55 blocks (10 solo and 45 block assists) as well as 20 service aces on the season … had 21 matches with double-digit skills and 17 matches with double-digit digs … had 10 double-doubles, including three in a row from 11/14-11/21 … tied the overall program record with 34 kills against Winona State on Sept. 5, also breaking the school record for most kills in a four-set set match … had 20 kills and 16 digs against Ferris State on Sept. 12 … put up 12 kills and a season-best 19 digs against Minnesota Duluth on Nov. 21 … hit .818 with nine kills on 11 attempts against SWOSU in the NCAA Central Region Tournament.

All-NSIC First Team … started all 33 matches for the Golden Bears … ranked sixth in the NSIC and 32^nd in the nation with 3.84 kills per set and 18^th in the nation with 457 kills … hit .262 in 1,128 attempts … finished second on the team with 2.87 digs per set and 341 digs … was second on the team with 0.24 service aces per set and 28 total aces … had a .953 serve percentage and a .963 receive percentage … had four solo blocks and 32 block assists … had double-digit kills in 30 of 33 matches, including 11 matches with 15+ kills … had 14 double-doubles, including a stretch of six straight from Nov. 1 to Nov. 14 … had a career-high 25 kills along with 14 digs against Wayne State on Nov. 14 … collected 24 kills and 12 digs at Northern State on Nov. 8 … picked up 20 kills and 10 digs on Nov. 7 at MSU Moorhead … had 15 kills and a career-best 22 digs on Oct. 10 at St. Cloud State.
2013: Appeared in ten matches for the Golden Bears … had four kills in 10 attempts with a .300 hitting percentage … had a kill and a block assist against Minnesota Crookston on Nov. 8 … picked up her first career kill against Truman State on Sept. 13.
2012: Redshirted, did not appear in any matches for Concordia.
 
NRHEG High School: Schlaak was a four-time All-Conference member who also competed in basketball, softball and track. She has over 1,000 kills in her career, including the school record for kills in a career. She was twice the player of the year in her area. She holds the school record for aces and had 61 solo blocks in 2011. She had 289 digs her senior year as well as 477 kills. She was also a member of 4-H and student council.
 
Personal: Biology major and Chemistry minor ... plans to become a pharmacist.
