2016: NSIC All-Academic ... made 25 appearances, 21 starts ... ranked fourth on the team with 223 kills and 2.97 kills per set ... hit .289 on 568 attempts ... chipped in 65 digs (0.87 per set) and 45 total blocks (0.60 per set) ... finished in double figures in kills 12 times, including four of six matches in the NCAA Tournament ... picked up a career-best 20 kills against Northern State on Oct. 29 ... had 11 kills against Lewis in the NCAA semifinal and 11 kills against Alaska Anchorage in the National Championship ... hit .571 with 13 kills against Minnesota State on Oct. 18 ... had 14 kills against Southern Nazarene in the first round of the NCAA Central Region Tournament.
2015: Appeared in 12 matches, making five starts, for the Golden Bears … hit .250 as she collected 81 kills in 208 attempts on the season … added 17.0 blocks (six solo and 11 block assists) and 14 digs … averaged 2.70 kills per set … had double-digit kills in four matches, while putting up at least nine kills in four of her five starts … had a season-best 11 kills to go along with two solo blocks at Winona State on Sept. 19 … picked up 10 kills against Central Washington on Sept. 4, Sioux Falls on Sept. 26 and Minnesota Duluth on Oct. 6.
2014: Appeared in 32 matches, starting 31, for the Golden Bears in her freshman season … finished third on the squad with 2.69 kills per set and 307 kills … her 156 digs (1.37 per set) ranked fifth on the team … led the team and ranked fourth in the NSIC with 0.34 service aces per set (39 total aces) … had a .250 hitting percentage and .889 receive percentage … collected 0.53 blocks per set (three solo and 57 assists) … had a pair of double-doubles on the year … had 15 matches with 10+ kills … set a career high with 19 kills to go along with seven digs and a .304 hitting percentage on Nov. 14 against Wayne State … picked up her first career double-double in her second career start with 10 kills and 14 digs on Sept. 6 against Missouri S&T … claimed her second double-double with 12 kills and 10 digs on Oct. 25 at Sioux Falls.

Champlin Park High School:
All-State honorable mention and All-Metro Second Team as a senior, finishing eighth in the metro with 424 kills at a .316 hitting percentage ... also earned Star Tribune Athlete of the Week during senior season ... a senior captain and team MVP as she led the Rebels to a 26-7 season including a section runner-up finish ... a two-time All-Northwest Suburban Conference selection ... a three-sport athlete for the Rebels, earning three volleyball letters, two basketball and two golf ... earned three academic letters and is a two year member of National Honor Society and Fellowship of Christian Athletes.

Personal: Majoring in biology at Concordia ... her sister was an outside hitter for the University of Northern Iowa (2005-09) volleyball team ... her other sister was an outside hitter and post player for the Bemidji State volleyball and basketball teams (2007-09).
