ST. PAUL, Minn. – The Concordia-St. Paul track and field team will compete at a total of five meets this week in the final tune-up ahead of next weekend's NSIC Outdoor Championships.
On Wednesday, the Golden Bears will compete at the Joe Sweeney Invitational, hosted by the University of St. Thomas, and the Todd Pfingsten Open, hosted by Minnesota State.
On Friday, select Golden Bear throwers will compete at both the Meet of the UnSaintly, hosted by Hamline University, and the Badger Challenge, hosted by the University of Wisconsin.
Finally, the Golden Bears will wrap up the busy week on Saturday with a larger group competing at the Tim Marshall Open hosted by Minnesota State.
JOE SWEENEY INVITE INFORMATION
The Joe Sweeney Invitational will be hosted by the University of St. Thomas at O'Shaughnessy Stadium in St. Paul on Wednesday, April 29. Both field and track events are scheduled to begin at 3 p.m. The men's and women's hammer throw will be held off-site at the University of Minnesota beginning at 9 a.m. Live results can be found
