WEST FARGO, N.D. - The Concordia-St. Paul women's swimming and diving team saw their highest-team score to date, finishing fifth in the team standings at the 2025-26 NSIC Swimming and Diving Championships with 432 points on Saturday evening at the Hulbert Aquatic Center.
Saturday's competition saw a meet-high13 Golden Bears make finals with 11 recording points.
Junior Sophie Leo finished the meet with another conference title, taking the top-spot in the 100-Yard Freestyle with a school record time of 50.31. Leo's finish solidified her fourth NCAA B-Cut and marked a career-best time.
The junior tallied 73 total points throughout the four days of competition to notch a top-three point total of the entire field of swimmers.
Sophomore Claire Briest recorded a team-leading 24 points in tonight's competition and finished seventh in both the 100-Yard IM and the 200-Yard Breaststroke to earn her best career conference performance.
Senior Chloe Rihon established a top-10 finish for the third day straight, finishing 10th in the 200-Yard Backstroke with a season-best time of 2:06.54. Rihon finishes her time in the Navy and Gold scoring points at three-straight NSIC Championships.
Freshman Lilly Adams capped off her NSIC Championships debut with her third point scoring race of the meet. Adams finished 13th in the 200-Yard Backstroke with a season-best time of 2:08.39.
On the diving board, Chloe Jones scored a 363.20 in the 1-meter dive to finish ninth. She earns her second consecutive top-10 NSIC finish after an eighth place finish in the 3-meter dive last season.
Mina Dahl and Reese Bjorklund rounded out the diving effort, coming in 11th and 14th respectively to account for nine team points.
Closing out the day was the 400-Yard Freestyle of Leo, Rebecca Hildebrand, Tessa Lentsch and Sierra Sherry who collected a time of 3:33.63 to register the final 36 points of the meet and a fifth-place finish.
As a team, the Golden Bears saw 36 finals performances over the course of the championships with 28 individuals and nine relays recording points.
The Navy and Gold will end their season with six invite wins, their largest roster to-date and their sixth-straight year of increasing their score at the NSIC Championships.
Leo will await her fate for the 2025-26 NCAA Swimming and Diving Championships that are scheduled for Mar. 11-14 in Evansville, Ind. at University of Southern Indiana. Leo has four NCAA B-Cuts and will find out if she has made the meet on Feb. 25.
