BURNSVILLE, Minn. –Concordia-St. Paul's
Makenna Nold was named NSIC Player of the Year while
Brady Starkey was the named NSIC Coach of the Year, it was announced by the conference office on Thursday afternoon.
Cassie Sieling,
Ellie Sieling, and
Mehlayna Straub joined Nold as All-NSIC First Team selections, while freshman
Kaelyn Snoozy was named to the All-NSIC Second Team.
With five All-NSIC picks, CSP extends its streak to 23 consecutive seasons with at least four all-conference selections as they have reached that mark every season since 2002.
Nold's NSIC Player of the Year selection is the seventh in CSP volleyball history, joining Joy Wubben (2004), Jessica Lucia (2005, 2006), Maggie McNamara (2008, 2009), and Megan Carlson (2011).
Starkey has now been named NSIC Coach of the Year seven times, previously earning the honor in 2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2017.

- Ranks 12th in the NSIC with 3.53 digs per set in conference play
- Sits 16th in the conference with 3.00 kills per set in NSIC play and 18th with a .294 hitting percentage
- Has logged seven double-doubles this season
- Matched her career high with 17 kills against Southwest Minnesota State (10/10)
#4 Mehlayna Straub (MB, 5-9, Jr., Jordan, Minn. / Southwest Christian HS)
- All-NSIC First Team
- Ranks fourth in the NSIC with a .376 hitting percentage in conference play
- Sits 17th in the conference with 0.79 blocks per set and 19th in the NSIC with 2.89 kills per set
- Has reached double figures in kills in 12 matches
- Matched her career high with eight total blocks in a win over St. Cloud State (11/4)
#9 Kaelyn Snoozy (OH, 5-9, Fr., Sioux Falls, S.D. / Washington HS)

- Ranks 15th in the NSIC with a .297 hitting percentage in conference play
- Averages 2.51 kills per set this season
- Has reached double figures in kills seven matches this year

Brady Starkey
- Named NSIC Coach of the Year for the seventh time (2003, 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, 2017, 2025)
- Led five players to All-NSIC selections with Makenna Nold being named Player of the Year
- Guided the Golden Bears to their 23rd consecutive season with 20 or more wins
- Has coached CSP to 16+ conference wins in every season since the adoption of the 20-match NSIC schedule in 2008
- Has posted a record of 8-2 in matches against teams ranked in the top 25 of the AVCA Coaches Poll this season
