CSP Swim & Dive program secures CSCAA All-Scholar honors

Golden Bear swimming & diving recognized with the honor for the fifth consecutive term

PLYMOUTH MEETING, Pa. - The College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) announced the Concordia-St. Paul swimming & diving team was one of the 722 teams from 417 institutions named to the CSCAA All-Scholar Team for the spring 2024 semester.

To qualify for this prestigious recognition, teams had to earn a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 during the Spring 2024 semester. Of the selected teams, an impressive 563 achieved a GPA of 3.30 or above, including the Golden Bears. 

This marks the fifth consecutive time that the Golden Bears earned this honor. Their GPA of 3.33 is the third-best since first earning the honor in the Spring of 2021.
 
The Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference was well represented, with six teams honored by the CSCAA. Northern State led the conference with a GPA of 3.83, followed by St. Cloud State with a GPA of 3.60.

Founded in 1922, the College Swimming and Diving Coaches Association of America (CSCAA) is the nation's first organization of college coaches. The mission of the CSCAA is to advance the sport of swimming and diving with coaches at the epicenter of leadership, advocacy, and professional development.
