MAPLEWOOD, Minn. – The Golden Bear Classic women's golf tournament concluded at Keller Golf Course on Tuesday afternoon with the Concordia-St. Paul women's golf team finishing in fourth place with a two-round score of 657 (+81).
The Bears, hosting their first tournament since 2019, shot a 338 (+50) on day two, falling behind third-place Wayne State. Rogers State won the tournament, posting a final score of 608 (+32).
Isabella Dory remained the top golfer for CSP, tying for sixth place for the second time this season with a total score of 155 (+11).
Anna Tollette finished as the second CSP golfer, finishing in 24
th place with a two-round score of 164 (+20).
Jessica Hagman was just one spot behind her, taking 25
th with a total score of 166 (+22).
Katelyn Baribeau shot a 90 (+18) in round two, bringing her total score to 173 (+29) and putting her in a tie for 36
th overall.
Erika Olson rounded out the team golfers for the Bears, placing 41
st with 174 (+30) strokes in the tournament.
Competing as an individual,
Jilli Newman finished in a tie for 52
nd place with 183 (+39) strokes.
The Bears will be back in action next Monday and Tuesday at the SMSU Invite at Marshall Golf Club in Marshall, Minn.
