HOT SPRINGS, Ark. – On a windy Monday at the par 72, 5948 yard Hot Springs Country Club, the Concordia-St. Paul women's golf team wrapped up play in the 36-hole Central Region Preview and the Golden Bears finished 11
th with 627 strokes (+51).
The tournament field was comprised of 19 schools, including three from the NSIC. The Bears finished first among conference competitors, with Minnesota State landing 15
th and Southwest Minnesota State taking 19
th.
Isabella Dory remained the top golfer for CSP on day two, shooting a 76 (+4) to bring her tournament total to 153 (+9), tied for 28
th overall. Despite windy conditions raising most scores on day two,
Jessica Hagman managed to shave three strokes off her day one score with a career-low score of 77 (+5) in round two, bringing her total score to 157 (+13) and putting her in a tie for 45
th.
Anna Tollette finished in a tie for 47
th after firing identical rounds of 79 on both days to give her a total score of 158 (+14).
Katelyn Baribeau also improved on her day one score, shooting a 79 to bring her tournament total to 159 (+15), good for 55
th overall.
Erika Olson capped off CSP's roster in the tournament, posting a total score of 185 (+41) and finishing in 94
th place.
The Bears will now turn their attention towards the Midwest Classic hosted by Central Missouri on October 18 and 19.
